  • How do I set up an account?
    Login with your Facebook profile on the Rad Influencer platform. Creating your account is free.
  • How do I project how much money I made?
    We report on real time impressions which are viewable on your unique Rad dashboard.
  • How do I get paid?
    During our Beta period, influencers will get paid MONTHLY, assuming they have over $25 in earnings.
  • How do I collect money?
    Influencers are paid automatically through the platform via PayPal.
  • Projected money an influencer can make monthly and why?
    $500 - $4000 depending on you fan base, and frequency of shares.
  • How can I be sure my personal brand is protected?
    You control what you share and the reasons why…. If you want to remove a post from your feed, then you can do so at anytime. Keep in mind the post impressions get counted while they are live; once the posts are removed, you will no longer get paid for that post/share.
  • How many impressions/clicks can an influencer serve each month?
    The average across all influencers is 240,000 impressions OR 6700 clicks each month.
  • What is the difference between branded content and publisher content?
    Examples of branded content are eCommerce businesses, ie: fashion, health, beauty & technology, Publishers content typically are websites like Latin X, EveryDay Health, Tech Crunch, Huffington Post and NY Times.
  • How much money will I make for sharing publisher content?
    The average CPC publishers will pay for sharing their content is $.25 per unique click. However, the CPC publishers offer is ultimately their choice.
  • How much money will I make for sharing branded content?
    The average CPC publishers will pay for sharing their content is $1.00. However, the CPC BRANDS offer is ultimately their choice.
  • Do I need to create any custom content for the brand or publisher?
    No, you will only be sharing content the brand or publisher has already produced and made available through their RSS feed.
  • What is the best blend of publisher and branded content to get optimal results?
    Best practices suggest a 10-1 ratio of publisher to branded content. The actual ratio/blend is at the control of the influencer.
  • How many shares each month do active influencers make?
    61 shares of original content per month is the average, but we’ve seen influencers shares as many as 335 times a month.
  • How many unique clicks can an influencer produce each month of branded content?
    Roughly 300 unique clicks per month of branded content per influencer on average. Some influencers have produced as many as 2500 unique clicks.
  • Projected number of total unique clicks an influencer can produce each month of publisher content?
    Roughly 1500 unique clicks of publisher content per month for each influencer. We’ve had influencers produce over 10,000 unique clicks in a months period several times.
  • What can I do to ensure my shares get a high engagement?
    We recommend engaging & commenting on each shared post to maximize your audience's interest.
  • Does anyone have my personal AND/OR private information?
    No, nothing is available to brands and publishers that isn't readily available on Facebook with your permission.

Rad Advertiser

  • Does RAD have assigned account services representatives that can assist campaign setup and ongoing capmaign management?
    Yes. All advertisers are assigned a client success expert who assists advertisers with everything from campaign creation, optimization/strategy and reporting.
  • How do i upload content into the platform?
    Advertisers publish previews of their content through XML or JSON in the form of RSS or ATOM feeds. A feed is required during the campaign creation process. Rad will continue to update your campaigns with fresh content from your feeds.
  • How does content get matched to influencers to share?
    We analyze all aspects of advertisers content and dynamically match it to influencers via advanced machine learning techniques and proprietary algorithms.
  • How many impressions AND/OR clicks can brands or publishers generate using the RAD platform?
    Depending on the content, brands can get results similar to that of other media like paid social, display and video pre-roll through ad exchanges.
  • What is the recommended starting point & CPC rate we should offer to influencers as a brand?
    Finding the right price for your content is an active effort. Since Rad Influencer is a marketplace, advertisers’ content competes on quality and price for influencers attention. We recommend that advertisers start between $.25 & $1.50 then make adjustments accordingly.
  • Can I have influencers share custom content they've actively created for my brand?
    Yes
  • Does the RAD platform support custom content creation?
    No. Rad is for influencer driven distribution of pre-existing content.
  • What type of content should we upload into the RAD RSS feed?
    The “creative” brands use can be any YouTube, FB, IG, blog, product page, or press related content on the open web. Since RAD Influencer operates on a feed basis, we dynamically pick and serve your content to the right influencers - which in turn gets shared with their audiences.
  • As a brand, What type of content will trigger the most optimal results?
    RAD is a marketplace, for this reason brands that have the best, MOST ENGAGING content will naturally produce the best results. See best practices with your account director for more information.
  • How many influencers does RAD have on the platform that can be used for a campaign?
    The Rad platform will match your content to as many influencers it takes to fulfill your campaign. There are over 2.5 million influencers on Facebook alone.
  • How large is the typical micro influencer following used for each campaign?
    The median reach (fan base) of our influencer user base is 27,000 people.
  • Can RAD target different combinations of audiences of the total selected influencers?
    Through the RAD platform, advertisers can target multiple audiences by Geo, Age, and Gender.
  • How do I know the feeds selected for each campaign are brand safe IE; The posts the influencer typically shares are not offensive?
    RAD does an automated check of influencers social media posts to ensure all influencers meet brand safety standards. Also, Rad can implement a background check to further protect the integrity of our marketplace for an additional fee.
  • Can I actively manage and optimize live campaigns?
    Yes, please contact your assigned account director for detailed step by step campaign creation and ongoing management processes.

  • How do I know the influencer will share and comment on each paid share?
    The RAD platform requires that each share has real comments and engagements from the selected influencer.
  • How do I know if I can actually scale my campaign once testing is done?
    During a 6 month beta period with 1000 influencers tested, we served 200,000,000 impressions and generated 13m+ clicks. There are over 2.5 million influencers we can acquire for active campaigns on Facebook alone.
  • What type of tracking options does the platform offer?
    Social, proprietary link, bowser, & 3rd party site analytics tracking (GA, Omniture, etc.)
  • What type of budgets are suggested to test?
    We require a one time platform fee of $10,000 (deposit) which will be applied towards the influencer payments tied to the impressions/clicks you serve.
  • How do I pay influencers?
    Influencers are paid automatically through the platform via PayPal. Your platform deposit will be deducted accordingly for each influencer payment.
  • What is the minimum spend for a brand or publisher campaign?
    There are no minimums for campaigns.
  • What is the recommended starting point & CPC rate we should offer to influencers as a brand?
    Finding the right price for your content is an active effort. Since Rad is a marketplace, advertisers’ content competes on quality and price for influencers attention. We recommend that advertisers start between $.25 & $1.50 CPM and make adjustments accordingly.
  • Projected money an influencer can make monthly and why in the states?
    $500 - $4000 depending on you fan base, and frequency of shares.
  • Do I run the risk of getting billed for over delivery if the campaign performs exceptionally well?
    RAD will cover any overages in the case of any viral campaigns. We do have algorithms that monitor the velocity of each post.
  • I get cheaper CPM's with my current paid media channels than the suggested brand CPM threshold... Why should I pay a higher CPM in this case?
    Micro influencers are the highest engaged audience due to the implied relationship between the influencer and the prospect. For this reason, we focus on micro opposed to macro ambassadors.

  • How do I get the data into a Dashboard or Report that’s in a .pdf?
    We have the ability to use automated scraping technology to extract data from a .pdf or text document and use it as part of your Dashboard or Report.
  • What data sources do you support?
    Everything from Google Analytics to AppNexus. We specialize in connecting to difficult data sources + can even ingest offline data into the Dashboards + Reports.
  • Why can’t someone on my team do this?
    RAD’s Data Platform uses proprietary algorithms and data sources requiring 1000’s of hours development time to craft the infrastructure involved in these Reports + Dashboards. It’s just more economical to use RAD.
  • Will my data be secure?
    We employ industry-standard encryption at every stage of contact with you and your data. Unique instances of Dashboards are created just for you.
  • How do I know if the information displayed is correct?
    We employ best-in-class quality assurance practices, checking results displayed in Dashboards with data from their source bi-weekly.

Dashboards

  • How often do the Dashboards update?
    In most cases, hourly.
  • How do I access the Dashboards?
    They are delivered via email, Slack or text and the link can be accessed at any time. You can choose how frequently you’re alerted (daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly).
  • Who can see the Dashboards in my business?
    You can set-up a Dashboard to only be accessed by those people you wish to see it. They can also be exported as .pdf’s or images so you can share the results in other reports.
  • Can I get a monthly summary of my results?
    Yes, we can auto-deliver a .pdf of your Dashboard monthly.
  • How long do they take to set-up?
    3 weeks.
  • What does my team need to do?
    Provide login, and/or API, information to company social media accounts.

Reports

  • Why, as a client, should I use these?
    It’s data, and insights, you can’t receive anywhere else. Like how your social influencer spend is translating into success (i.e. most impressions, most conversions, etc.). Or the size, and make-up, of Audiences that look exactly like your customers that you’re not targeting today. Then how much to spend to acquire them.
  • How do we determine what customer is resonating with what Influencer? Our algorithms do four things:
    1. Allow you to select a business goal: what Influencer returned the most impressions, engagements, clicks or conversions.
    2. Put all impression, spend, audience psychographic data and conversion data in one place.
    3. Rank campaigns from least to most successful against your business goal (generating impressions, conversions, etc.).
    4. Display the most successful campaigns in your Report.
  • How do we find other audiences that will resonate with your current products or services? Our algorithms do it in five steps:
    1. Put all impression, spend, audience psychographic data and conversion data in one place.
    2. Rank campaigns from least to most successful against your business goal (generating impressions, conversions, etc.).
    3. Discover the commonalities in demographic and psychographic makeup of your most successful campaigns.
    4. Pull from a mix of public and private databases to determine the size of the audience that shares the traits of your most successful campaigns.
    5. Display those findings in your Report.
